  • Digital Content: Including articles, tools, and downloadable resources.

  • Print-on-Demand Apparel: Custom garments fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partners.

5. Coaching Program Access

When you purchase The Unmade Man Coaching Program, you are granted lifetime access to the AI coaching experience via a secure login.

You agree:

  • Not to share your access credentials with others

  • That your responses and progress may be stored securely via Supabase

  • That coaching prompts are generated via OpenAI and customized to your experience

This experience is self-guided and reflective in nature. It does not constitute therapy, mental health advice, or individualized professional coaching.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including prompts, tools, imagery, videos, branding, and written materials — is the intellectual property of The Unmade Man and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Print-on-Demand Apparel

All clothing items are made to order by our third-party print-on-demand provider. This means:

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled as soon as they are placed

  • Shipping times and costs vary based on your location

  • We do not hold inventory on hand

  • Returns are available for defective, misprinted, or damaged items only

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.

8. Refunds & Returns

Coaching Program

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our digital coaching program. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at support@theunmademan.com.au within 7 days for a full refund.

Apparel

As apparel is custom printed on demand, we can only offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect size shipped (if different from what you ordered)

  • Production defects

Returns for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing (when ordered correctly) are not accepted.

9. Payments

All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments or supported third-party payment providers.

Prices are listed in your local currency where applicable. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. By using our site, you agree to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data — especially in connection with our coaching platform and email communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about specific personal outcomes from engaging with our coaching content. All use of the AI coaching service is at your discretion.

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Data loss due to user error

  • Issues caused by third-party providers
